(1) The bending stiffness of aluminum honeycomb plate with the same quality is about 5 times that of aluminum alloy.

(3) With excellent corrosion resistance, insulation and environmental adaptability, it can adapt to all kinds of harsh operating environment of Railway Multiple Units and passenger cars; in addition, according to the needs, this kind of plate can be treated with surface painting or surface pasting fireproof plate to achieve good decorative and fireproof properties.
(4) Unique resilience, can absorb vibration energy, has good sound insulation and noise reduction effect.
(5) The fire protection grade is high, meeting the class a requirements of uic564-2-199l "rules for fire protection and protection of railway passenger cars or similar vehicles for international intermodal transportation".
(6) After a fire, the smoke density meets the high-grade international railway fire prevention standard, and has good self extinguishing performance; the heat release value is low, which can form a refractory layer, reduce the smoke and toxic gases released, and has excellent environmental protection performance.
(7) Excellent molding and manufacturing technology can meet the requirements of complex shape and high stability of railway vehicle interior parts.
In foreign countries, TGV Series in France and ETR Series in Italy have long used honeycomb sandwich structure composite materials to make interior wall panels and roof plates. Subsequently, many European railway vehicle manufacturers use aluminum honeycomb panels to make railway vehicle parts, which are widely used in the interior structure of side wall panels, interior roof panels, intermediate wall panels, floors, door panels of internal and external doors And luggage rack. Among them, Italy is relatively leading in the application of aluminum honeycomb panels. Italy has long used aluminum honeycomb panels to manufacture complex shaped luggage racks and inner wall panels with curved windows.
In China, the earliest application of aluminum honeycomb panel is to manufacture the compartment partition of 25A soft sleeper bus. Because of the lack of mastery of manufacturing technology at that time, the application effect is not very ideal. Therefore, it can not be popularized and applied in the following 25 type passenger cars. At the end of the 20th century, due to the high requirement of vehicle lightweight in the process of EMU development, the partition, flat roof panel and door panel were manufactured with aluminum honeycomb panel on the domestic EMU sample vehicle, and good results were achieved. Then, the aluminum honeycomb panel was widely used. At that time, it was not only used to manufacture the partition, flat roof panel, under car equipment cabin floor and various door panels. The air conditioning duct and air conditioning unit deflector are also manufactured with aluminum honeycomb plate, among which the application effect of wall, flat top plate, air conditioning duct and air conditioning unit deflector is the most significant, which not only greatly reduces the weight of related parts, realizes the overall lightweight of the vehicle, but also improves the manufacturing accuracy and quality of parts, and further improves the manufacturing quality of the whole vehicle. However, it is CRH series EMUs that make a breakthrough in the application of aluminum honeycomb panel. The breakthrough here is mainly reflected in two aspects:
(1) In CRH series EMUs, aluminum honeycomb panel is used to manufacture inner wall panel with complex shape, high manufacturing tolerance and appearance quality requirements, which breaks through the design concept that aluminum honeycomb panel can only be used to manufacture plane structure or bend in one direction, so that its application scope breaks through interior floor, partition, various interior and exterior door panels, air supply duct of air conditioning system, etc Limits of application.
(2) The application of aluminum honeycomb plate in CRH series EMUs not only makes the luggage rack with complex shape, but also has high load-bearing and wear-resistant requirements. It breaks through the traditional design concept that aluminum honeycomb plate can not be used to manufacture important stressed components of vehicle interior structure, so that its application scope is expanded to a new field, and the domestic application technology of aluminum honeycomb plate enters a new era Stage.
In recent years, with the continuous deepening of the localization process of CRH series EMUs, China has been able to use the aluminum honeycomb plate forming processing technology to manufacture parts with complex shapes, which has reached a higher level in the field of aluminum honeycomb plate forming manufacturing and application.
